Registration and Tuition

Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Most adult (ages 18 and over) classes and workshops are limited to 15 participants or less. A minimum of 5 student are required for a class to run.  If fewer than 5 student, a full refund will be issued to the student and class will be cancelled. 

Full payment of tuition is required at the time of registration, and registration must be completed before attending class. Please return a completed and signed registration form to the Crealdé office in person, by mail, or by facsimile. You can also register by phone using a major credit card. Telephone registration confirms acceptance of Crealdé’s registration and withdrawal policies. Tuition can be paid with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A $15 service fee is assessed for any returned checks and must be paid before the student can return to class.

Workshops

Workshop tuition is not refundable after the registration deadline listed for each event. Prior to the deadline, workshop tuition is refundable less a $10  processing fee for members, and a $30  process fee for non members.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

To withdraw from a class, the office must be notified either by phone or email to Vblanford@crealde.org no later than 60 minutes prior to start of the first class, whether in attendance or not.  A refund will be issued less a $10 processing fee for members and less a $30 processing fee for non members. 

A class credit will be issued if requested no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of the second class, whether in attendance or not. Class credits are good for the two terms immediately following the original term. Students must register through the Crealdé office in order to use a class credit.

Class transfers must also be completed no later that 60 minutes prior to the start of the first class.  Transfers after the first class will be assessed a processing fee based on member or non member status.

Refunds, class credits and transfers are not available after the completion of the second class.

 

Membership

Your annual membership with Crealdé provides support for outreach programs for special populations, scholarships, educational exhibitions, and to maintain the affordability of classes and workshops. In return, membership enables you to actively participate in the arts with such benefits as discounted registration fees and invitations to gallery receptions, special lectures and member-only events. To join Crealdé’s more than 1,300 individual, family and corporate members, check the box on the registration form and begin enjoying the member benefits immediately! You can use this form to become a member even if you are not taking a class this term. Thank you for supporting the arts in Central Florida.
