12th Annual Benefit Auction September 13, 2008

Crealdé School of Art will raffle off a trip for two to Santa Fe, New Mexico at our 12th Annual Benefit Auction at the Winter Park Women’s Club, September 13, 2008; to raise funds to underwrite our programs and build our endowment. SANTA FE TRIP ITINERARY:
Crealdé Executive Director Peter Schreyer, who has traveled and photographed New Mexico for more than 20 years, has designed a customized tour for the winners to take on their own. It includes direct flights, three nights deluxe accommodations, and four-day car rental with gas voucher.

Day 1. Arrive in Albuquerque and enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Chimayo. You will eat lunch at Rancho de Chimayo, housed in a century-old adobe building. In the afternoon, you will drive the mountain “High Road” to Taos with stops along the way at ancient Spanish villages.
Day 2. The day begins with a morning visit to the 800-year-old Taos Pueblo. Then you can dine, shop, and visit galleries at historic Taos Plaza. Then it’s on to Santa Fe!
Day 3. Spend the day in Santa Fe, one of America’s most beautiful cities. Tour world-class museums including the Georgia O’Keefe Museum, browse unique galleries and boutiques, and have a farewell dinner at a nationally-renowned eatery.
Day 4. The day starts with morning visit to the ancient cliff dwellings of nearby Bandelier National Park and its breathtaking canyon landscape. Finally, you’re homeward bound with a leisurely drive to Albuquerque and an afternoon flight to Orlando.

The winning ticket will be drawn at the 12th Annual Benefit Auction at the Winter Park Women's Club on Saturday, September 13, 2008. You do not need to be present to win. Trip must be booked through Crealdé or its travel agency at least 90 days in advance. Space is based on availability, cannot be taken during the autumn Balloon Festival and major holidays and must be completed by December 2009.
