Kathy Corey
Printmaking and ArtCamp Instructor

Kathy works in the traditional method of printmaking with intaglio and aquatint etchings on zinc. She also does monoprints and metal point drawings. She received her BA from the University of New Hampshire and studied printmaking under Winter Park artist David Hunter.

In addition, Kathy exhibits in juried gallery showings and outdoor art festivals. She has numerous awards to her credit including from the Lowe Museum of Art in Coral Gables, the Walter Greer Gallery in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and the Maitland (Florida) Art Center. She has works in the permanent collections of The Museum of Art and Science in Daytona Beach and the Lake Wales (Florida) Depot Museum.

Kathy is a founding artist and manager of Studio 420, a workspace for Orlando artists. She is also a founding member of the Central Florida Chalk Artist Association. She has been a judge for local and national art competitions. Her etchings can be found at Northlight Gallery in Kennebunkport, Maine.
